Public Domain Doodles

This sums up the joy I feel when working on my reinterpretations of public domain characters...

"You don't own me; I'm not just one of your many toys. You don't own me; don't say I can't go with other boys. And don't tell me what to do, don't tell me what to say, and, please, when I go out with you, don't put me on display." - Lesley Gore, You Don't Own Me, 1963

Anyone who's known me long enough knows how much I loved to draw growing up. Well, I recently got back into the habit and just tried my hand (mouse?) at reimagining some public domain characters once owned by Disney. These were illustrated and coloured via Paint 3D with my right hand (I'm a lefty), which is why the writing looks a bit odd. Hope you enjoy! 🖼️👨‍🎨
